Color Painting Steel Panel and Filming steel Panel
Steel Panel is the basic raw material of steel drum production line.
Basic concepts:
On the unit in a continuous cold-rolled strip steel, galvanized steel ( galvanized and hot dip galvanized ) as the substrate , through surface pretreatment ( degreasing and chemical treatment ) , with a roll coating method , coated with one or more layers of liquid coatings , chemical after baking and cooling the resulting sheet is coated steel . Process
Color coated steel is cold rolled steel and galvanized steel as the substrate , after the surface pretreatment ( degreasing , cleaning, chemical conversion treatment ) , in order to apply the paint in a continuous process ( roll coating method ) , after baking and cooling of the system into products.
Common two painted two baking process with continuous color coating unit main production processes : uncoiling → pretreatment → coating → baking → post-processing → coiling .
Product Use:

■ color coated steel cold-rolled substrate

■ Galvanized color coated steel

■ coating composition and its role
A variety of coatings , has four components , namely (1 ) Resin ( 2 ) Pigment ( 3 ) Solvent ( 4 ) additives. Wherein the solvent is volatile , it is not essential for the three parts volatiles .
( 1 ) Resin

Solvent for paint manufacture, storage , coating , film formation and film quality has a great impact .
( 4 ) Additives
Aid is to improve coating performance and a small amount of additive added . Additives wide range, there driers, curing agents , leveling agents , defoamers , matting agents , stabilizers.
