【Feature】

This production line is use to uncoiler, straight and cut the material which used on the barrel bottom, barrel lid and drum body to the requried size. The control system includes the control part, moving part and display part and the PLC is from Taiwan. Whrea the screen uses 10.4 inch industrial color touch screan and 2400 line encoder.

The production is made of single support uncoiler, panel support machine, straighting machine, tractor, panel cutting machine, feeder, material packing station and etc. The production line use the machine, electricity, hydraulic, gas to process the coiler steel automatically.

3 Barrel Painting and Drying Equipments

3.1 Barrel paint spraying & drying line （Coal single bridge type）

　　【Products Feature】

·The drying tunnel uses coal to heat the strong the hot recycle. The tunnel is single bridge structure, the furnace is flat pack steel structure. The interior panel is steel panel, the exterior wall panle is color steel panle and the insulation lay thickness is 120mm. THe tubes in the furnace is made of stainless steel. The spcial structure in the furnce can make the temperature in the furnace even.

Recycle fan of the coal furnace is for special desin the blade is made of manganese steel, the driven axel and bearings are processed by high temperature treatment. The cooling method is water cooling and it adpot water curtain to remove the dust.

·Two coal furnace is set at the bottom of the back part and the furnace is combine of door, fire grate,  spherical combustion chamber, fire gather board, second chamber and chimney.
·It adopt XJY-200 closed type Hanging converyer machine， bearing 30kg per point，Distance 2OOmm，Chain length 100-130m（It is designed as specific request）. The system include drive, tension devices, there are temperature Telescopic rail, all the hanging tools are equipped on the whole production line.
·The electrical system of fan and converyor system is control by a standard electrical cabinet.
